Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2) No Hosted Content

Cartoonly does not host, store, or upload copyrighted media on our servers. Videos and streams displayed on Cartoonly are embedded or linked from publicly available third-party sources. Availability, quality, and legality of such content are the responsibility of the original hosting providers.

3) User Responsibilities

By using Cartoonly, you agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Website, its security, or related networks.
• Circumvent technical measures (e.g., DRM, geo-blocks) or access non-public areas.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data except as permitted by robots.txt or our prior written consent.

CDN/Hosting/Analytics

We may use third parties for hosting, delivery, analytics, authentication, and payments. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.

5) Advertisements & External Links

The Website may display third-party advertisements and contain links to external sites. We do not endorse or control third-party ads, products, or services.

Use caution with promotions—especially any that request downloads or personal information. Concerns about ads should be directed to the advertiser.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external sites.

6) Copyright & Takedowns

We respect intellectual property rights. Because we do not host the media files, copyright issues regarding specific files should be addressed to the original host.

If you believe an embed or link on Cartoonly should be removed:

• Send the Cartoonly page URL, the specific player/source, and details of the claim to our contact below.
• We will review and, where appropriate, disable access to the embed/link on Cartoonly. (This does not remove the file from the third-party host.)

7) Privacy

Your use of Cartoonly is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it (e.g., limited account info via payment/membership providers, analytics, cookies/PWA caching). By using the Website, you consent to those practices.
