1) Do you host videos?

No. Cartoonly does not host or store any video files on our servers. All streams and trailers are embedded from publicly available third-party sources.

2) Is this legal?

Embedding is different from hosting. We don't upload or distribute copyrighted files; we display embeds/links that are already publicly available from third parties. Rights remain with their respective owners.

3) I found copyrighted content. What should I do?

Please contact the original hosting provider (the site that actually hosts the file). If you'd like us to remove an embed/link on Cartoonly, send the page URL and details to our contact channel and we'll review promptly.

4) Why do I see ads?

Ads help keep Cartoonly online. Ads are delivered by third-party networks and are subject to their policies.

5) Why do some ads ask me to download something?

Some ads promote software, VPNs, or other services. We don't control or verify third-party ad content. Use caution before downloading anything or sharing personal data—Cartoonly doesn't require special downloads to watch embeds.

6) Can I upload my own videos?

No. Users can't upload content to Cartoonly. All media comes from external platforms under their own terms.

7) A video isn't working—why?

Because we don't host the files, playback depends on the source. The video may have been removed, geo-blocked, or the host may be temporarily down. Try another source/mirror if available, refresh the page, or check back later.

8) Can I request a specific video?

We don't manually upload content. Availability depends on third-party sources. You can suggest titles; if a reliable public source appears, it may show up automatically.

9) How do I report a broken link?

Send us the Cartoonly page URL and the player/source name you tried. If the original host removed the file, we can't restore it, but we'll try to update or remove the dead embed.

10) Will more content be added?

Yes—our listings update as third-party sources and metadata providers make content publicly available. We do not control their catalogs.

11) Do I need an account?

Basic browsing doesn't require uploading any personal data. If you sign in or upgrade through a supported provider, we may receive your email and subscription status to manage access—payment details stay with the provider.

12) How do Favorites and Watchlist work?

They're saved in your browser (e.g., localStorage). Clearing browser data will remove them on that device.

13) Is there an app?

Cartoonly supports PWA install on many devices. Add it to your home screen/desktop to launch it like an app, with limited offline features for cached pages.
