Cartoonly ("Cartoonly," "we," "our," or "us") respects intellectual property rights and expects users and content providers we reference to do the same.
1) Overview
Cartoonly ("Cartoonly," "we," "our," or "us") respects intellectual property rights and expects users and content providers we reference to do the same.
2) No Hosted Content
Cartoonly does not host, store, or upload videos or media files on our servers. Media visible on Cartoonly is embedded or linked from publicly available third-party sources that operate under their own terms and policies.
3) Third-Party Hosts Control the Files
Because third-party services host the actual files, removal requests for a specific video or image must be directed to the original hosting provider. They alone can remove or restrict access to the underlying file across the internet.
4) How to Report Infringement Related to Cartoonly Pages
If you are a rights holder and believe that an embed or link on Cartoonly refers to material that infringes your rights:
First, identify the original host (the site that actually serves the file) and submit a takedown request to that provider.
You may also ask us to disable the embed/link on Cartoonly by sending a notice containing the items below. While we cannot remove the file from the third-party host, we will review and, where appropriate, disable access to it on Cartoonly.
Your notice should include (all required):
- Your full name and authority (owner or authorized agent) and contact information (email, address, phone).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (e.g., title(s), episode(s), or a representative list).
- Identification of the material on Cartoonly you want disabled: the exact Cartoonly page URL(s) and, if applicable, the specific player/source shown on that page.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- A physical or electronic signature.

5) Our Process
Upon receiving a sufficiently detailed notice, we will:
- Review the request;
- Where appropriate, disable or remove the referenced embed/link on Cartoonly; and
- When feasible, notify the user/account associated with the page (if any).
This action does not remove the file from the third-party host. For complete removal from the internet source, the host must act on your request.
